Ian Penman
Managing Director
I trained originally as a Mechanical Engineering draughtsman - in the days when they used a set square and pencil!
I have more than 25 years experience in the kitchen industry designing for discerning clients and managing projects from £5,000 to £120,000! I started Ruach Designs in 1993 as a ‘one man band' and it has now grown into one of the most successful and respected independent specialists in South East London, West Kent and East Surrey.
The most important aspect of the business that I have learnt is that YOU the customer are the key to our success. It has, and remains our passion to deliver nothing less than a world class level of customer care and service to all our clients.
Heather Price
Designer
Heather started with Ruach Designs in 2003. She graduated in Interior designs from Chelsea School of Art and she particularly relishes the challenge of working on any demanding design briefs.
She has a real gift for putting together truly inspiring and harmonious design solutions.
Alison Revnell
Administrator
Alison has worked here for four years and you will probably hear her pleasing voice when you contact us.
Her role is to ensure that all the many parts of your kitchen arrive on time and to help deal with any queries that you may have.
Mark Revnell
Contracts Manager
Mark started with us in 2002 as a kitchen installer.
Due to the expansion of Ruach Designs and Marks exceptional attention to detail, he was promoted at the beginning of 2007 to the role of Installations Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of your project.
You can expect to meet him when he arranges a Technical Survey to ensure that all of your requirements have been met following the agreement to move forward with your project.
James Nairne
Senior Fitter
My longest suffering fitter who will be celebrating ten years of employment with Ruach Designs this year!
He is a timed served apprentice having worked in his earlier days on the restoration of Leeds Castle in Kent.
James takes a real pride in his work and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to fitting your new kitchen.
Neil Stephens
Senior Fitter
Neil has worked here at Ruach Designs for more than five years.
He originally trained as a tool maker in Mechanical Engineering and for eight years had a change of career working in the Metropolitan Police achieving the rank of detective constable.
Progressing into Ruach Designs as a fitter was a natural choice, for by combining his engineering background and organisational skills learnt with the Police, he made a perfect choice for us and our clients. His attention to detail and dedication to excellence has been really appreciated by our clients!
