It is the aim of everyone here at Ruach Designs for you to be entirely happy with the whole process and to attend in a professional manner any concerns or requests that you may have.
As part of our aftercare, you can expect a call from us between 12 months after your installation. This is to make sure that there are no problems with your kitchen and to offer to attend to any niggling issues that you may have. For example, some doors or drawers may need some adjusting and you might not be entirely sure how to carry out this. If that is the case, then we will be more than happy to attend to that at no cost to you! If there is any other work that needs to be done, but which is not covered under our 6 year faulty workmanship guarantee, then we can price that up for you.
