We have agreed to a code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care. Trust Mark has checked and continues to monitor our quality of work, trading practices and levels of customer satisfaction.
• Deposit guarantee – your 25% deposit is safeguarded by the KBSA (Kitchen Bedroom Specialist Association) for your total peace of mind. In the unlikely event that we should cease to trade before commencement of work, then the KBSA would either give you your deposit back, or with your approval appoint another Mobalpa dealer to carry on with your project.
• Completion Failure Cover – should anything happen to us during the installation, then this is backed up by the KBSA and they will ensure that the work is completed with your approval.
• 6 year Warranty Cover for faulty workmanship – from Ruach Designs backed up by the KBSA.
• AEG 5 year warranty – We offer a 5-year parts and labour warranty on certain key built-in appliances from AEG when fitted at the same time as your kitchen, at no extra cost to you. This typically could be worth £300 and gives you total peace of mind in the event that anything should go wrong with these.
• Mobalpa Kitchens 5 year guarantee – for defects resulting from faulty manufacturing of product.
• Mobalpa Kitchens 25 year guarantee – for defects resulting from faulty manufacturing of drawers and hinges.
